Under no circumstances shall we be held liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages or losses incurred by individuals or organizations arising from the use of our services.
• User activities that violate the terms of service of third-party platforms or applicable legal regulations.
• Any service interruptions, network issues, or data loss occurring on the user's local infrastructure.

To protect the automation ecosystem and maintain service integrity, 3xCaptcha strictly prohibits any form of system abuse, including but not limited to:

• Cyberattacks & Unauthorized Access: Using the service to distribute spam, coordinate Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, or bypass security barriers to gain unauthorized access to target websites or servers.
• Fraud & Unfair Exploitation: Using the service to disrupt ecommerce platforms, bulk reserve limited tickets or bookings, or manipulate government/public service portal operations.
• Mass Account Generation & Spam: Registering accounts automatically to distribute malicious advertising, phishing campaigns, or fraudulent materials.

By registering an account and utilizing 3xCaptcha services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully agree to all terms above, and that you assume sole legal responsibility for your automation workflows and API usage.
